「The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. 」

「I was pleased to stay here for 4 nights exploring the Rouen area. The location is not central but walkable to the main sights via Rue Du Renard and Rue Cauchois ,also the SNCF station is not far .alternatively Bus 5 or F1 can take you to centre from short walk to local bus stop. The property is located on 4th floor and benefits from an elevator and secure entry system. Nice big balcony with good city view The wi-fi is excellent but no TV. Furniture provided is basic for needs but not very...
