Fijne, rustige, eenvoudige buurt. Veel groen in de buurt. Goed OV dichtbij. Mooi, wit knus huisje. Zeer makkelijk hanteerbare (keuken)apparatuur. Aanwezigheid van een achtertuin met eettafeltje. Kortom: een aanrader!
