“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”

“Beautifully located and easy to settle into, the place had everything arranged with the kind of calm intention you notice only when you’re finally able to breathe out. Nothing was missing, nothing overdone, just a warm, open space that feels designed for actual humans.
The building itself is old, without a lift, and the apartment sits on the third floor, something to keep in mind for travellers with heavier luggage. It didn’t bother me at all, but others might want the heads-up.
