Luxurious hotel with wonderful terrace restaurant.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic terrace restaurant - what a view! The food was superb too, if quite pricey. Weather was not so good this time, so did not manage to get a swim i8n the outdoor pool.

Understanding that it is an old castle, I do think that the property has not been kept on prime condition. The bathroom was outdated and did not meet the price of the room. towels, and bed linen were not the best. The minibar was hot! Tesla charger was not working. Food at the restaurant was perfect. Would visit again!

It’s a beautiful authentic place located close to Basel airport and Elzas but it doesn’t feel like a 5 star hotel Almost no amenities Almost no furniture in the huge room And a very basic bathroom

Ensure you book a superior room or better. Annex rooms are very poor. Outdoor pool green and needs a clean. Spa small and crowded.

Young man was nice at reception that is studying at university in the UK. All other staff pleasant enough. We booked the lowest priced room which needs updating, it smelt, and the air con unit was simply letting hot air back in. Not a 5 star experience, regardless of wether we booked a classic room. Quite shocked at the responses from management too when anyone tries to write a bad review, from reading.

歴史あるシャトーホテルであり、雰囲気、調度品は古くて、それなりに趣きがあります。 また、ツルの巣を構築しており、人間と自然との協調を重んじているのは良いと思います。 ただ、２つ残念だった事がありました。 一つは部屋(１７号室）の金庫ですが、１８０センチの身長がある私でも届きにくい場所に設置してあり、使わせないのか？と思う位でした。 ２つ目は、期待したプールが故障して使えなかった事です。 ２泊しましたが使えたのは到着した日の夜だけでした。 ２日目はプールに入ってのんびりしようと思っていましたが全くだめでした。 チェックアウトする日もまだだめで、これならわざわざチューリッヒからドライバーを雇って泊まりにくる意味がなかったと言えます。 また、滞在中に部屋にプールが使えないとの案内もなく、チェックアウトする際にも、お詫びもありませんでした。 プールへの入口にプールは使えません、との張り紙がありましたが、そこにはジャグジーも入っていましたが、ジャグジーはボールペンで消してありました。 世界中で五つ星ホテルに宿泊していますが、本当に五つ星ホテル？と。 精々三つ星ホテルではないかと思っています。 五つ星ホテルサービスをあてにしてはがっかりすると言えます。

Séjour Château d'Isenbourg

Le séjour a été convenable, déçu de la chambre la tapisserie qui se décolle dans la salle de bain...à plusieurs endroits. Très vétuste mérite un rafraichissement qui serait prévu pour fin d'année à priori. Concernant l'accueil et la prestation du restaurant ; le personnel a été très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner était exceptionnel.

~ Élégance et Détente au Château d'Isenbourg ~

Notre séjour au château perché au sommet de la ville de Rouffach a été une expérience d'exception, marquée par une vue panoramique à couper le souffle. Dès notre arrivée, l'accueil chaleureux et souriant du personnel a créé une atmosphère conviviale et agréable. L'option d'amener notre chien a été grandement appréciée, bien que nous ayons dû prévoir un supplément de 20 euros par jour. Dans la chambre, des détails réfléchis tels qu'une gamelle d'eau et une couette pour notre compagnon à quatre pattes ont renforcé le sentiment de bienvenue. La literie remarquablement confortable a assuré des nuits paisibles, et l'équipement complet de la chambre, comprenant un bureau, une armoire, une télévision, un réfrigérateur et une bouilloire, a ajouté une touche pratique à notre séjour. Cependant, un léger rafraîchissement au niveau de la salle de bains pourrait améliorer l'expérience globale. Le spa, doté d'un hammam, d'un sauna, d'une piscine chauffée et d'un jacuzzi, a été un véritable havre de détente. Les installations sont bien entretenues, et la mise à disposition de serviettes, shampoing, gel douche, eau, thé et tisanes a contribué à créer un environnement apaisant. Notre expérience matinale au château a été un véritable enchantement pour les sens. Le petit déjeuner, pris avec une vue imprenable sur la ville, a ajouté une dimension magique à notre séjour. En conclusion, notre séjour au château a été une escapade raffinée et relaxante.

Je trouve vraiment dommage que les chambres et salles de bains ne soient pas refaites. C'est vraiment vétuste... J'ai fait une chute au Spa (carrelage glissant) et j'ai depuis de grosses douleurs au coccyx!! Nou l'avaons signalé à l'accueil mais tout avait l'air "normal" Les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur du prix Quel dommage car le château est bien placé, la vue est magnifique

Vi syntes at det var lidt synd, at pools lukkede kl 20. Samtidig også at de først åbnede kl. 10, så der var ikke mulighed for en morgen svømmetur. Ellers fremragende sted

Hyggeligt og autentisk vinslot/spa

Det var et fint vinslot i middelstand men meget autentisk, og meget dyrt 25 eu pr. person få morgenmad, samt 40 eu pr. nat for en ekstraopredning til vores atter på 16 til tros vi havde bestilt til 3 personer, det var lidt mærkeligt. byen ned for foden af vinmarkerne var helt fantatisk en god bager og et par gode spise steder og meget lokalt hyggeligt.

Quel bonheur de se trouver au cœur de l'Alsace en ce début d'année et de profiter d'une belle chambre dans le château d'Isembourg à Rouffach. Nous avons pu profiter également de la piscine, du jacuzi et du sauna.

Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Unser Deluxe-Zimmer auf der ersten Etage war charmant und traditionell gestaltet, geräumig und sauber. Bademäntel und Hausschuhe für den Spa-Besuch lagen schon parat. Personal kam abends nochmal vorbei, um das Zimmer für die Nacht vorzubereiten. Das reichhaltige Frühstücksangebot bietet für jeden Geschmack etwas. Verschiedene Brotsorten, Trockenfrüchte, Käse, Joghurt, gute Auswahl an Früchten, Fruchtsaft sowie eine kleine Auswahl an warmen Speisen. Auch Champagner war auf dem Buffet zu finden. Wir haben an einem der beiden Abende im Hotelrestaurant gespeist und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Speisekarte ist klein und exquisit. Ein grosses Lob an das aufmerksame und top geschulte Personal, welche das Dinner zu einem Erlebnis gemacht haben. Hinter der Rezeption befindet sich eine kleine Bar mit Terrasse und nettem Ausblick auf Rebberge und Dorfhäuser. An Kleinigkeiten wie etwas wackligen Steckdosen oder alten Türen, merkt man, dass das Gebäude schon leicht in die Jahre gekommen ist. Dennoch - oder vielleicht auch genau deshalb – verleiht es dem Hotel seinen einzigartigen Charme. Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!
