Very clean hotel with pool. Excellent service!

Hotel with beautiful setup for events. Excellent service, spotless rooms with air-conditionning and relaxing swimming pool for sunny days.

Hôtel fidèle à l'attente que j'en avais... A noté que la réception ouvre à 17h et assurez-vous que le restaurant est ouvert !

Nous n'avons pas pu passer la nuit, la réception fermant à 20h. Nous avons reçu l'e-mail de confirmation de réservation à 19h53. Nous étions encore en route, et il s'avère que le dernier paragraphe mentionne que la réception ferme à 20h. Ils ne prennent pas la peine d'appeler, et Expedia, où nous avons fait la réservation, ne donne même aucune information. Un endroit très douteux ; mieux vaut éviter cette étape. Au final, cela nous a coûté 148 €, et il s'est avéré qu'il y avait un très bon motel à 500 mètres. Cet endroit est un désastre ; évitez-le à tout prix.

Il faut absolument séjourner dans ce lieu au calme, avec les gérants d’une extrême gentillesse. C’est si rare ! L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique !

Domaine agréable mais assez froid d'aspect. Décoration kitsch, voire de mauvais goût. Petit-déjeuner sans relief. Pas vu les propriétaires pendant notre séjour de deux jours. Chambre 4 personnes à la taille peu adaptée. En revanche, confort de la literie et propreté sont à souligner. Le rapport qualité-prix n'y est pas (presque 500 euros pour deux nuits avec petit-déjeuner)

Un accueil très chaleureux et professionnel. Un établissement très propre. La literie est confortable. Je trouve juste que c'est un peu cher au vue des prestations en comparaison à d'autres établissements, mais dans le cadre professionnel ça convient très bien. Bureau à disposition dans la chambre, WIFI ok. Bonne localisation, facile d'accès.

Les prestations indiquées sur le site d'Hotel.com ne sont pas accessibles : spa fermé en raison du coût de l'énergie, terrain de tennis dans un état lamentable... En plus, impossible de fermer le store occultant, une ventilation bruyante toute la nuit, de belles araignées qui circulent dans la chambre et un agencement de la salle de bain bizarre. Un mini frigo, mais pas de bouilloire.

Très bel ensemble hôtelier situé à quelques minutes d'Angoulême. Les chambres sont belles et confortables, mais l'insonorisation pourrait être améliorée. Nous sommes très satisfaits dans l'ensemble, nous reviendrons.

Que du bonheur

je recommande TRES fortement cet établissement. l'accueil y est formidable par des gens passionnés et investis. Les chambres possèdent une déco merveilleuse et faite avec gout. dommage que la crise de l'energie ne nous ai pas permis de profiter de l'espace detente car je pense que nous en aurions pris pleins les yeux. en bref, accueil, convivialité, simplicité mais raffinement et personnes aux petits soins, que demander de mieux !!! allez y n'hesitez pas. en tout cas moi j'y retournerai pour profiter en plus des exterieurs en belle saison

Mieux vaut attendre la fin des travaux et du covid

Domaine ou motel en pleine rénovation ! Literie et chambre bien malgré quelques travaux en cours dans la salle de bain , aucun service de petit déjeuné même pas une bouilloire alors que nous n étions que deux dans l’hôtel ! L hôte me l’avait précisé mais elle aurait pu faire un petit quelque chose étant donné que nous étions 2 ! Très cher pour juste dormir et pompon pas d’eau chaude obligé de traverser la cour pour me doucher dans une autre chambre non chauffe ! Et pas de geste commercial !!! Je n’y retournerai pas

Hotel tres propre ,tres bon accueil, pour l instant il est en rénovation,mais bientot il sera au top ,j espère qu ils mettrons la climatisation dans les chambres car en pleine canicule la nuit a été difficile ,mais bon si les conditions meteo avez étaient plus clementes c etait le top

lieu calme, une adresse à retenir

Séjour dans un lieu calme en cours de rénovation’ beaucoup d’investissements pour remettre le lieu en état . Les patrons de l’atablissement sont très sympas. Une fois les travaux terminés ce sera un magnifique site.
