“The three positives concerning the property are: It's clean, quiet and convenient.However, the property is overpriced for what you get. The outside picture makes it look like a quaint cottage but it is a manufactured home. Once inside, you're informed that you cannot flush toilet paper in the toilets. Soiled tissue is to be placed in the trash. It was communicated that the septic system couldn't handle it. Relative to the toilets themselves, the master toilet flushed well, but the other toilet……
