This cottage is brand new! It is very conveniently located, only 3 miles from Round Top. There is one bedroom, 1 bathroom, a living area and a full kitchen. It can easily accommodate 4 people. The bedroom has a queen bed and the living area has a full size sleeper sofa. If you have more than 4 people, both of the cottages will sleep 8. The Creek at Round Top #2 is also on this site.

This was one of the cleanest rentals I have ever been in! The extra touches made us feel welcome, too: snacks, the coffee maker set up, hand wipes (so good for Round Top shopping), extra blankets and linens (softest bath towels ever), and more. Only 3 - 5 minutes from Round Top as well. We will be back, for sure!

All amenities we wanted were available and seeing the bluebonnets and other wildflowers in the meadow were a bonus. We hadn't known that the Antiques Fair was this week but the rural location was quiet which we loved.

A well appointed little cottage

The cottage was so clean and comfortable. The perfect home base for antiquing and great location only a couple of minutes from Round Top square. We appreciated the snacks, water, wine and coffee provided. Fluffy fresh towels, crisp linens, toiletries, etc were also appreciated. A well appointed little cottage.

This place is very peaceful and clean. We were very comfortable and felt safe.The owner has done a great job with the decor and the linens are very soft. The outdoor setting is nice and we enjoyed the bluebonnets! She had snacks, wine and coffee for us.Will definitely go again.
