"Everything was FABULOUS. Beds comfy, pillows glorious, rooms very clean and lovely! We had breakfast annd dinner in the restaurant in the lobby twice. The food and service was excellent.
Only complaint is front desk agent that checked us in for not explain that the room key opened and closed the parking lot gate. I couldn’t figure out how to open it and paid the $14 fee twice with a credit card at the gate only to find out I was also charged for the parking on my bill. When I checked out, the front desk did credit me for the error. "
"We had to buy washcloths because there were only one in each bathroom for the four of us. The house didn't have good insulation for the lower temps. The bathrooms need to be updated, and the kitchen cabinets need to be fixed, they don't stay shut and are velcroed. The last thing is the fridge doesnt have ice or water."
