Fabulous stay in a beautiful, tastefully decorated villa

We had a great stay, the pool was the perfect size and kept our teens busy. Great spaces outside for barbecuing and eating. Plenty of sunbeds round the spacious pool. A perfect Week! There is lots to do and visit in the local area too .

La description et les photos sont conformes.La piscine est très bien.Détartrage des pommeaux de douche à prévoir. Ca part dans tous les sens : difficile de profiter des douches.Sinon ok pour le reste.

Décevant

Des le portail d'entrée, l'impression est plus que décevante car ne correspondant pas aux jolies photos mises dans l'annonce. Le champs de lavande à gauche de l'entrée est remplacé par un un énorme plastique noir. Le jardin sur la droite n'est pas entretenu laissant place à de hautes herbes sèches. On a l'impression d'arriver dans une maison abandonnée. Le descriptif intérieur de la maison est en revanche exact. Cependant seuls. 2 petits ventilateurs présents pour 5 chambre dans cette région où les températures avoisinent les 40 degrés et sans climatisation, Le propriétaire fait payer les draps et serviettes Plus cher que sur l'annonce ( il nous a été demandé 15€/ personne pour les serviettes lorsque il est écrit 12,5 dans l'annonce. ) le kit de serviette est un petit drap de bain et une toute petite serviette dans laquelle une femme ne peut l'utiliser pour s'essorer les cheveux car trop petite. Le kit serviette ne comprend pas les serviettes de piscine ( ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce.) nous avons donc acheter des foutas au marché afin de les utiliser pour la piscine. La piscine est beaucoup trop chlorée ( impossible d'ouvrir Ies yeux sous l'eau ) et n'a pas de robot. Nous avons tous les jours passer plus d'une heure épuisette afin d'enlever feuilles et terre amenés par le vent. Le départ obligatoire avant 8hoo et l'arrivée après 17hoo font quasiment perdre presque une journée de location.

Très bon séjour

Très belle maison et superbe extérieur. L'intérieur mériterait d'être rénové car certains meubles sont vieillots et des portes ne ferment plus. Une climatisation serait un plus appréciable sur ce bien.

Schöner Garten

Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und man fühlt sich dort sehr wohl. Der Hauptrasen wird täglich gewässert. Die Veranda spendet ausreichend Schatten und der Tisch bietet für 10 Personen Platz. Leider wurden im Inserat nur zwei Zimmer gezeigt, wovon auch nur noch eines so aussieht, wie auf dem Foto. Es gibt fünf Schlafzimmer im Haus. Zwei haben ein Doppelbett, eines zwei zusammengestellte Betten und zwei Zimmer haben Stockbetten. Für unsere Buchung wäre das wichtig zu wissen gewesen! Schade... Im OG befindet sich ein Bad mit Eckwanne. Im EG befindet sich eine begehbare Dusche mit einem kleinen Handwaschbecken. Der angegebene Gasgrill war leider nicht vorhanden und die lt. Inserat bereitgestellte Bettwäsche oder Handtücher muss man zahlen. Oder man bringt sich seine eigenen Sachen mit ;-). Die Fotos im Inserat sind schon in die Jahre gekommen und sind, bzgl. Gartrn natürlich Jahreszeitenabhängig... Da wir uns nur zum Schlafen im Haus aufgehalten haben, bzw. zum Kochen, war die Woche dennoch schön. Ein Dankeschön geht an die Verwalterin, die uns empfangen hat. Sie stand uns bei allen Fragen zur Seite.

Bien mais attention au contrat

La maison correspond à la description et aux photos et la dame qui accueille les locataires (états d'entrée et de sortie des lieux) est charmante. En revanche, attention au contrat de location s'agissant du dépôt de garantie! Le nôtre prévoyait le versement AVANT notre arrivée d'un dépôt de garantie équivalant près de 40% du montant de la location et une restitution dans un délai d'un mois maximum APRES notre sortie. Après plusieurs relances, les propriétaires sans aucune explication nous ont finalement remboursés avec une semaine de retard par rapport à ce délai déjà très inhabituel.

Soleil, calme et détente..superbe endroit !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 3 semaines avec nos enfants dans cette belle maison. Tout est parfait. Accueil charmant et disponibilité pendant le séjour en cas de besoin. Propriétaires très sympas. Full équipements. Tout en excellent état et de bon goût. TV écran plat, internet wifi, grandes terrasses, barbecue, piscine chauffée, grand jardin, lavande. Quartier calme mais proche de tout. Très belle région et nombreuses visites de villages magnifiques. Nous recommandons .......
