「Stayed in room only basis at hotel for a couple of nights. Well placed just off marina. Were upgraded to a partial sea view room which was a bonus. Rooftop bar/restaurant was lovely on evening (we just had drinks). Pool was misleading - no mention of €20 per person per day charge … except before 10am and after 8pm when no sun on pool area. 「Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping). 「Excellent hotel in a high demand area. Was very impressed with the hotel’s standards, cleanliness, amenities and modernisation. The location is brilliant and is in short walking distance to most of Cannes hottest spots, as well as the train station. The staff were very helpful and friendly, at both reception and the cleaning staff. Not a bad word to say about our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. 「Great location for Train/Buss connections and a short walk to the main shopping street and the Promenade. Rooms were basic but clean, the beds were very comfortable and the outdoor pool was in a nice Oasis garden setting. A great place to cool off after a day of walking/sightseeing. The staff were very welcoming and friendly a big shout out to Monty who went the extra mile for us on a few occasions.」
