Situated on the third floor, the apartment has undergone a renovation, adapting the original layout to the current owner's design.
The balcony-equipped apartment features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, as well as two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sauna. Tämä tilava ja ilmastoitu asunto sijaitsee Rovaniemen keskustassa historiallisessa rakennuksessa, joka on peräisin 1900-luvun puolivälistä.
