「After booking a 2 bedroom apartment again from a previous stay, last time we stayed there the lifts were broken and made a horrendous noise all night and we couldn't sleep, as our room was right next to the lift, we asked to move because we had no sleep, on our return this time I specifically emailed because of the noise last time, and the reply was they can't promise anything but will see what they can do, we got our room keys, and it was the directly next to the lifts again. 「The security system of the carpark is excellent. The staff of the reception are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for their services. The kitchen of he room is excellent with full equipment provided. The laundry not only with washing machine but also drying machine. Very considerable thinking by designing the room. However, the whole room have only one air conditioner inside living room, the two bedrooms have no individual air conditioner by means that you cannot close the door of your bedroom...
