Royan - Plage du Chay - GARDEN FLOOR APARTMENT with SEA VIEW

Will the beach be your main activity this summer? You've come to the right place! Chay beach is 2 minutes walk away!

In garden level of a small quiet residence, this apartment is composed of a living room with a sofa opening on its private garden with sea view!
Its kitchen corner is equipped with 2 electric plates, an oven, a microwave, a coffee machine, a toaster, a dishwasher and a table top refrigerator.
On the night side, there is a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a bathroom with toilet.

You can park on the private parking space in the residence.

GARDEN - SEA VIEW - PRIVATE PARKING SPACE - CLOSE TO THE BEACH

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:

* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.

For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :

* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Wifi Minibox Wifi : 7,50 € per day or 39 € per week within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly

Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
