“I had a great experience at Villa Nina. The check-in was easy and quick. The property was at a great location: not inside the Dubrovnik with its tourists and noise, but easily accessible with bus and boat. There property was beside a beach with great restaurants, bars and coffee on both sides. The place was very clean and well maintained. The host very friendly and helpful. My only small issue was that hot water would run out quickly but as I am used to taking cold showers it was not an issue……

“Simple pantry & cooking facility and quite little bathroom. Advantage is come with a small seaview balcony. Nearby the town center but far away from city Dubrovnik ( car travel about 20 minutes ).”

“It was the best location within old town. Just next to Pile gate by opposite the fountain. We did not need to lug our Baggage too far. Victor was so nice and he let us in early at 10:30am so we could join some 11:00am tours. Nice new spacious rooms with a good size bathroom. Great shower with plenty of hot water. No noise issues at all I would highly recommend this to anyone. We had daily breakfast just outside Pile gate for about 25euro per person.”

“On the first night of my stay, the showerhead broke halfway through my shower, and the water temperature was hard to control. I ended up finishing the shower in a very awkward and uncomfortable way. Later, when I was about to go to sleep, I found that the air conditioner remote had no batteries, so I had to go the whole night without any air conditioning. When I told the hostess, she assumed I was the one who broke it. Upon checkout, she asked me for €20 for the city tax, even though I had……
