「We recently stayed at Villa Rosa. The location was great. Close to everything we needed and the staff were friendly and welcoming on arrival. However, we felt the villa itself lacked some of the personal touches we’ve experienced elsewhere. There were very limited amenities provided. And when we asked about it, they just seemed not to care that it was an anniversary trip and did nothing to make our stay better. 「The hotel is about 25km from old town. We didn’t have a car but you are able to take the local bus or a boat to get there. Bus stop is 7mins away, a grocery store is 5 minutes away but if you go down by the water there is another local grocery store. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but the pool was a nice feature for the kids.」

「We booked a room with balcony and stayed for 2-night. The room has a very comfy design and is maintained in good condition. Everyday they arrange room clean-up. The Scalini Palace is located in an excellent location, very close to the Main Street, taking us just a few steps to Stradun. It’s esp convenient if you want to take nice photos of old town in very early morning. No lift, same as many other hotels/apartments in the old town, so you have to walk upstairs to the floor you stay....
