“Pluses. Right next to Devils Tower. Friendly people. Large cabin. Minuses. Cabin was very “rustic”. Online pictures are a bit deceiving.”

“They charged us a cleaning/ service fee for our Service Dogs. Even though we had multiple conversations and videos of our room when we left about it being illegal. Elevator was out of order, men's room out of order, pool out of order, water from drinking fountain was hot and multiple other things were out of order. Looks like it used to be a great motel before the new management took it over.”

“One of the best in Gillette compared to other properties this one seems newer and I’ve spent a lot more on crappy rooms mostly when a sporting event state soccer or tournament this was a fair price and a great room!”

“The hotel seemed like a good choice, shower floor was dirty and got athletes foot from the shower. Room was not made up consistently. Nice property, room was nice, but just a bit over priced for what you get vs other hotels in the area.”

“Our visit started out horribly when after check-in we found ourselves taken to a tiny, unclean room kind of in the lower level area - had to go down some stairs outside and into a room behind a metal door. The room had a small queen or maybe a full-size bed, not the king bed room we had booked and paid for. When we pointed this out to the front desk person, he said it was the correct room, and that they didn't even have any king bed rooms on the property. As my husband questioned him further,……

“the pool was fine but hot tub not working. The keys to either door did not work,needed to get reprogramed. . Phone didn't work, poor internet. hallway dirty and breakfast below par. The hotel is undergoing repairs and we should have been told and would have booked elsewhere. The place is run down. I thinkyou should refund our money or get a free stay on next booking. They should not be renting the rooms period. Very disappointed.”
