"We loved our time at Champallement which is a very pretty village in beautiful countryside. Our host was extremely helpful prior to arrival and the house is just as described in the listing. Comfortable beds, high quality dishwasher and washing machine, a good garden for us and our dogs (though a determined dog could escape quite easily). Kitchen was well equipped but small for more than one person. Very good shower. Fantastic dog walks all around and lakes for swimming just 15 minutes away...

"Off the tourist track but with a few places for nice visits. In hot weather pool v good for children. Quirky property on outskirts of nice small town with all necessary shops. Significant road noise in main bedrooms but sofa beds in quiet air conditioned living room. Very spacious house and garden. Owner was very attentive.
