“Our room was basic, and we had to lug suitcases up stairs, but the location was fantastic for the airport! The hotel restaurant had some nice options too.”

“I liked the setting. The grounds were beautiful. Our room was on the 6th floor. It was always too hot. No air conditioning, and we were only able to open the window a tiny crack. They had no bellhop to help with bags up the stairs at the front door. Upon checking out of the hotel we had to argue with the receptionist to get help with our luggage. We were not told about a way to address the bad tasting water coming out of our tap until I took a container down to the bar to get water there. It……
