“Great location! The hotel is just a short walk to Prasna Brana and the Palladium Shopping Mall. There's a café right across the street and several restaurants nearby. Room included a small kitchen equipped with various utensils, like microwave and frying pan. It very convenient. The air conditioner will be off until May. We felt hot and contacted the Living team on the 2nd night, they responded promptly and brought us a fan. The team was very caring. Highly recommend staying here when you……

“Although the check-in place looked a bit doggy, the actual apartment was amazing! It was very spacious and well-decore, takes only 5 mins walk to the center of old town plaza, which is all the food and fun located. Has a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom with a big tub. Although there was only 3 of us, the apartment we got can easily contain at least 10ppl, lucky us :D we had a great time there thanks to the old town apartment :)”

“Apartment located in the center of Prague. Most of the attraction are only by walk distance. It is because there are no reception in the apartment. So we have to go to there office to get a key. But there are very friendly to show us the room and show us all the attraction in Prague. We willing to stay here again when we go to Prague again.”

“Firstly, the hotel has been sold, which hasn’t been named as it nowadays. Secondly, on the website of the hotel, it mentions that you’ll have the passcode to access the building by checking online; however, if you’re booking the room via a third party portal, you won’t receive the check in-in form. Thirdly, the hanger of shower fell apart by itself whereas it wasn’t fixed on the committed date. Lastly, it won’t clean up the room during your stay in 7 days.”

“Very nice location, just a few minutes walk to nearby Christmas market and old town square. It’s actually of walking distances to other attractions like the Charles bridge. It is also just next to the underground train. Overall, nice stay and highly recommend!”

Desk staff was incompetent with English language, had to ask three times to get questions responded to correctly, overall would recommend bc location and incredible breakfast selections”
