“Place was so bad we just left”

“This Place was the Dirtiest Hotel I have EVER Stayed in ...Not Jus dirty but Layers of Grim in ALL of the " High Touch Areas .. The entire Maintenance staff should be let go ... The wall around the elevators where Fility. the headboards and desk were covered in Grime( Grime that you could acutely Scrape Off ... The Bathroom floor was Disgusting. The area in front of the main lobby was covered in Cigarette buts .. There where a few events in town so I knew i could not find a mother soon so it was……

“The walls are thin. We heard people in the halls and in the parking lot all night. The motel is dated but in a cute way. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. Great location to bars and entertainment. We will stay there again.”

“The hotel rooms need to be updated. There were carpet stains on the floor and water stains on the ceiling. All the furniture in the room was old, scratched, and chipped. The hair dryer didn’t work and there was hair in the tub when we arrived. The price was reasonable so with the conditions of the rooms, I didn’t complain. I guess it’s true the saying,”you get what you pay for.””

“Everyone was kind the beds were really nice the pool was clean and my children really enjoyed themselves and the hot tub has great jets one of the best I've been in thank you to everyone of the employees for a great stay we'll definitely be back and get the word out have a blessed day”

“Excessive mold in the room we checked into. Not a few spots but a huge solid swatch about 2-3 square feet in the corner of one of the showers. The rooms themselves were not the cleanest and outdated, but I could have dealt with that if not for the mold. I had rented 2 rooms, and requested 2 rooms adjacent if possible. The fact that the staff felt it was appropriate to rent out this room instead of saying they were unable to accommodate the request made me question if the staff had any standards……

“Our room was clean and there were no issues. Grandsons had a ball at the waterpark, which was well staffed and well maintained. Breakfast was good. There are plenty of options and staff kept it well stocked. We were satisfied with it. Staff was great and the property was well maintained. If you want a resort experience, you can pay triple the amount and go to Kalahari or Great Wolf, and pay for breakfast. If you want a nice stay and a nice waterpark without breaking the bank, this is your place.”

“Ive got in the habit of not traveling with shampoo and conditioner. The only thing provides was bar soap. Also our rooms smelled like smoke and frebreeze.”
