「I would not recommend this stay to anyone. I booked a cottage. When I got there close to midnight, there was insects crawling around. They changed my room to only have plumbing issues where as soon as you turn on the sink the floor flooded with water accompanied with spiders, for them to have to change me again to a very small room which is not what I paid for. 「The lodge does not actually exist. We arrived at the building, and the outside matched the pictures. However there was no sign and no staff at the place. With the assistance of some helpful neighbours from the street, we learned that it was available for long term rental. 「Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset. 」
