「The property was not cleaned properly upon arrival. The dishes were dirty, the bedding appeared unwashed, and there was hair on the pillows. We also found rodent feces behind the furniture, which raised serious cleanliness and health concerns. Additionally, the BBQ grill advertised with the property was in poor condition, appeared unsanitary, and barely functioned. Overall, the condition of the rental did not match the expectations set by the listing.」

「Cindy is a phenomenal host and this VRBO was absolutely amazing. We have 2 little boys and they had games, toys, and items for baby use if you need it. It’s so nice being able to travel with a few less things when you have young kiddos. Gorgeous location, clean, nice, and extremely well taken care of. We will definitely be back. My 5 year old asks daily when we are going back to our “borrowed home in the mountains.”」

「This place was amazing! The location was convenient and not too far from many things like church, stores, gas station, movie theater, etc. We really liked the mountain view from one of the bedroom's balcony. We liked that the place was not cluttered, it was spacious, and clean. It was equipped with everything you have at home so it truly felt like home away from home. You won't be disappointed with this rental as it is all that it advertises to be! Thank you for making our stay in Ruidoso a...
