「We had a room with a view of the ocean! This place was better than I expected! The rooms are spacious. Traveled with my 8 yo, 18 yo and his friend. One bed room with a spacious living room and queen pull out! Regular size fridge, stove and dishes. 」

「Melanie was awesome. The apartment was older, but we weren't there to hide in a room, we were there to enjoy the adventures. It suited our needs as far as a place to eat, sleep, shower. 」

「Staff was very friendly the entire time. Room was cleaned everyday. Free parking is misleading. That is for off street parking if you can find a place. You can pay $15 to park in the approved lots which only has 8 spots right at Surf Villa otherwise you park about 2 blocks away. We would definitely stay again. 」

「Convenient to everything so that’s a plus. The only plus. Staff are very friendly. Flooring for steps and porch look rotted and needs to be replaced. Mold and ants in the bathroom, hair in the drain. Noisy as in you can hear every conversation in the building. Especially outside at all hours of the night. Mattress and box spring were disgustingly filthy under the mattress pad. Will never stay here with these conditions. 」
