「Hotel is convenient to Ocean City board walk, room was very quiet. Staff was very friendly and free breakfast every morning. Plenty of restaurants nearby.」

「The scenery is nice, but there were nuisance calls in the middle of the night, and then the front desk knocked on our door, waking us up, asking if we needed tissue. Didn't sleep well.」

「Our efficiency room is large, clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was super… kudos to the lady that takes care of the breakfast buffet, she’s on top of things and managing her responsibilities effectively - thank you for that! Though, I do have one negative comment, it’s the elevator - too slow , too small and the hotel only has one elevator. Oh, did I mention the elevator jerks when stopping.」

「We had a king size ocean view suite the Holiday Inn & Suites in Ocean City. the balcony, the room, the premises were all pristine that boardwalk was clean the staff at the hotel, extremely friendly. This was my first experience on the beach and will definitely return. I am so glad that I picked the hotel. It was right in the middle of the boardwalk. I could not have chosen a better hotel with a relaxing atmosphere would recommend this highly and plan to book with them in the future.」

「We had an all around great trip! The property was very nicely renovated. It was clean and comfortable. Located on the beach/boardwalk. We were a block away from Coastal Salt which was an amazing restaurant.」

「We really enjoyed our vacation at the dune's hotel, everything was perfect. We checked in on Sept. 15 and was scheduled to check out Sept. 22. But unfortunately, we had to check out on the 20th, we were unable to stay the night of the 20th, or the 21st. We were just wondering if we could possibly be reimbursed for at least one of those nights? If you could reach out to me one way or another it would really be appreciated.
