"I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. First of all, the hygiene conditions were far from acceptable. The room did not feel clean, and the air quality was quite poor, making the stay uncomfortable. What made the experience even worse was the attitude at check-out. The staff were very cold and unwelcoming, which left a really bad final impression. Overall, the experience was far below expectations. I would not recommend this hote"

Staff and the restaurant food was pleasant. I really enjoyed the cognac collection at the bar. Loved the artwork on the premises.
