Zimmer und Bad komplett neu renoviert und ausgestattet. Änderungen unserer Buchung waren ohne Probleme möglich. Gutes Frühstück, schöner Ausblick auf die Stadt und die Donau. Kostenfreier, bewachter Parkplatz am Hotel.

Bien accueillis, chambre confortable ,vue sur le Danube. À proximité de la place Svoboda. Seule déception le restaurant panoramique est en travaux jusqu’à fin octobre.

Las fotos son engañosas, la habitación standar con buen precio pero las camas tienen colchones viejos e incómodos. La bañera no tiene sellado el lateral junto a la pared y filtra todo el agua hacia el suelo del baño. Pedir la habitación superior y esperar que se asemeje a la de las fotoos

Hotel Riga, Ruse, Bulgaria

I’m slightly annoyed by this new email from Hotels.com. Don’t try to put a guilt trip on me if I don’t respond. I’ve been using Hotels.com for years. The hotel Riga in Ruse was great. The people were courteous, the room was up to Western European standards, the bathroom was great. The only negative was all the hotel restaurants were closed for the summer, except for one, which was very good. (which is normal) The limited restaurant part is seasonal. The hotel is overlooking the Danube River and the view is great.

We come there because we want to eat in the panorama restaurant and this was closed friday and saterday. The receptioniste said for reconstruction but i went there and they didn’t have a cook. Ithat this restaurant is closed thet dhoot tell when you book !! The receptie told me i should make a reservation to the restaurant when i book. How ? The booking is non refundable and the telephonenumber shows after booking. This is the second time it happened the restaurant was closed. I will not come anymore.
