「My stay over the weekend ended on a very disappointing note. After I checked out, management accused me of stealing hotel towels and charged a fee to my debit card because of it.
I did not take any towels, so being accused without what I felt was sufficient proof was frustrating, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Instead of giving me the benefit of the doubt or properly investigating the situation, management immediately assumed I was responsible and charged my card.

Trying to find your room awful. No to help you when u called he knew nothing and barely spoke English.
Trying to reach someone before booking for general questions impossible
You r on your own no one to help you
If on 2nd floor no elevator. Stairs hard to find. When found them very steep. Very very very steep
