The property, front desk, pool, halls, dinning area, and bedroom was clean. Staff was nice and welcoming. The dinning area breakfast food was good, but the area is a bit crowded when the ship cruise people are eating before departure.

We came for a concert so really didn't have a need for any of the amenities. We only needed a place to rest our bodies. However, we were greeted with a very friendly staff and were nicely surprised with a very clean and recently renovated room. I felt that the area may have been a little shady (a guy hanging out his window offering us money lol and some homelessness)but nothing i can't deal with. All in all a great stay.

I loved the room that I was in, I am disabled and the staff addressed all of my needs,the AC was a blessing. I booked a room because I was going on a cruise,however the staff was so helpful and kind I'm thinking about booking for a weekend just to get away.

Our room was clean. The A/C a little bit noisy because it was going on and off (as happens with those old A/C consoles) interrupting our sleeping. The parking lot is really good and close to the building and the gym is well equipped. The staff is really friendly, helpful and customer oriented.

I stayed overnight prior to cruising out of Tampa. Hotel extremely clean and friendly staff. They do offer shuttle service to the port for $25 up to four guest, I caught an uber XL for $12 since the port literally around the corner from the hotel.

The hotel was fairly easy to find. The first room we went to had a smell and they quickly moved us to another room, which was great. The staff were attentive. Breakfast was a little lackluster. Things that should have been hot were cold but otherwise I would rate it a solid four
