“Some staff were friendly, some just looked at you when you were wishing them a good day. Room and bathroom and lobby were all clean. Bathroom faucet has a tiny pinhole spraying water sideways, faucet was noisy, and hot and cold were reversed. Restocked towels and tp upon request. Coffee was good, breakfast was ok. Some hot items were cold, kielbasa with eggs is weird, and eggs were obviously powdered. It is what it is for a continental breakfast. People in our hallway were obviously smoking……

“The staff was nice. Our room was okay. Curtains were barely hanging onto the wall and the two lights by the bed were barely hanging onto the wall. If you tried to move them, they would fall apart and not work. The side door was broken and you couldn't use the keycard, she told us to put a rock in the door so not super secure. Remote didn't work for tv.”

“Property was very clean and nice. My only issue was the breakfast was advertised as being available at 6:30am, but at 7:00am it was still not available.”

“This was the worst stay I’ve had in years. Linens were stained. They seemed to be washed but had old stains. AC had musty smell later in middle night. Went to take shower in the morning, shower was nasty, so we didn’t use it. I will not stay again.”

“Very handy off I-10. Pool was refreshing and breakfast was very good. I wish I could have been on the first floor as only way to second floor was steps. All said I definitely would stay there again.”

“This property was a disaster. It was very obvious the public areas had not been cleaned in weeks or longer. The room seemed ok until you got to the bathroom which was filthy. Oh the wall in the bedroom had a large sheetrock patch as well. The tub had not been cleaned in a long time and was full of soap scum and potentially, mold.”
