"Staff was courteous, hardworking, and helpful. Daily breakfast was well above average -- and a server made a full plate for me when I arrived a few minutes after service was over. I use a wheelchair, and had an accessible room. Both my room and the hotel fail some basic ADA rules, especially how much pressure doors should have when opening them (hint: it's 5 pounds, and most doors are > 20 pounds). But the staff listened carefully to my ADA compliance suggestions, and i expect them to try to become more compliant. "
