"Check in was horrible. Book my king room in January 2026, while I’m checking the staff told me my room is booked out. Waited for about 30mins before they can get me a double bed. Housekeeping was horrible. Ask the night before for cleaning didn’t get it at all. Had to call again for cleaning. Location was great and convenient. "

"This was a great spot for a family of 4. Everyone had space and a comfortable bed. The house was clean and has a lot of character. The neighborhood seems like it is in transition. It's in the historic district, but also near some sketchy areas. I don't recommend walking the area at night. We did feel very safe at the house. "

"Super Clean recently remodeled rooms and surprisingly quiet. Must have good sound deadening insulation… Woukd definately stay again "

"We arrived to check in to be met with an insincere apology that they had over booked and had no room. After handling me a letter and sending me to a "comparable" room across the river, I was dismissed. The comparable room featured broken lamps, broken down double beds and torn wallpaper. The bathroom was horrible. The worst room I have ever stayed in. I will not book with Marriott again. Hilton has never treated me like that. "

"It's my fault for not realizing the balconies facing the river are also located above the highway. I was not able to sit outside in the night or morning due to the insane traffic noise. Again, my fault for not researching more. Paid a premium rate for the room and couldn't even use it. "
