Best views in luxury bach

This was by far the highlight of our 21 day trip to NZ. The views alone should convince anyone to stay here but the fact that it had its own beach (swimmable) and was an easy drive to Russell for dinner or shopping makes it the best spot to stay. I would just say that an improvement could be updating the cookware to new (had well- used fry pans, plastic mixing bowls and eclectic mug collection obviously from the owners family). The gardens were gorgeous and if we come back we will definitely stay here again.

Stunning property

This is an exceptional property. Spectacular private setting and gardens overlooking the Bay of Islands. Very well maintained, comfortable and spacious home a short 10 minute drive to Russell.

Perfect adult family getaway

Comfortable, clean, well equipped, spacious but homey. Great location for our family of 5 adults to spend some quality time, to be able to relax and unwind with fabulous views from every window. Loved the large deck, gorgeous gardens and enjoyed swims at the private beach. Thanks so much

Perfect retreat and getaway.

We loved this property , the views are breathtaking , exepcially the impact when walking into the house for the first time. With the private beach at the end of the garden , sea temperatures in the 20's , we could not have asked for a better 2 weeks in the Bay of Islands.

Great views lovely house

2nd time here - one of our favourite houses and locations anywhere. Everything is clean, the house is very well stocked with equipment. The views are stunning.

Best deal ever

Stunning view, spectacular house which has been recently updated, esp the master suite & kitchen. Quiet location a short car ferry ride from Paihia. Lots to do & see, but the property is so great it’s hard to leave. A landscaped path winds down to a private beach below the house which gets wide at low tide. Furnishings are comfortable. Bring your cameras.

This was an exceptional holiday destination. The house was immaculate and it was like visiting our own home. The views are spectacular. Set in beautiful gardens with an unsurpassed view over the bay. This property is amazing and the views from every room are sensational!

This property is amazing and the views from every room are sensational! It has a wonderful open plan living area with glass entirely on one slide to allow you to take in the views. We were a group of 5 adults (two couples and one single) and none of us wanted to leave after staying in the house for a week. This has to be one of the best properties we've ever rented and have travelled extensively over the last 25 years.

Absolutely gorgeous house with an amazing view of the bay between Russell and Paihia. Secluded location away from the hordes of tourists in town. Short drive back to Russell. Well appointed and designed house with beautiful landscaped grounds as well as a private beach. Sad to leave - best part of our vacation in New Zealand!

Love this place.

Love this place. Fantastic views, great deck, huge living and entertaining space, very well equipped, proximity to Russell. If we visit the Bay again- this will be our first choice. Make sure you bring your binoculars!
