「Easy check in. Clean. Quiet. New. Nice amenities. Pool, hot tub, hammock garden, pickle ball, barbecue. We were there for the NASCAR championship races. Easy to get to the track and back. Shopping and restaurants close by. Easy access to the 10 freeway. 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, kitchen supplied with everything you need. Some nice to haves would be tv in the bedrooms and a keurig type coffee machine. There is a nespresso machine…we are coffee drinkers…had to run the machine multiple...

「Room was fine. We got the bigger suite and had enough room. Some furniture was new,others like the sofa were old and stained. Comforter on bed had a few black stains. Mattress was very comfortable. HVAC was fine. Breakfast was fine with plenty of options though breakfast area itself can get overly crowded. Pool area is fine but we missed having a hot tub. Patio area off pool is too small. It was quiet but we heard it can get noisy. Property outside and inside common areas were well maintained....

「The unit was beautiful and well maintained. Everything was clean and the owner anticipated our every need, from detergent pods to paper towels to spices. The location of our unit and parking space were very convenient. Although we didn't go swimming, the pool and surrounding area enabled us to sit at a table and play board games under an umbrella. The only drawbacks: there was no table and chairs, just low-back bar stools, and the couch was an uncomfortable futon. Vince was a pleasure to...

「This property is in a very shady part of town right next to a pot dispensary. When we arrived, there were several items of luggage clothing and food that were out on the sidewalk as of being evicted from one of the rooms. The property is in poor Repair there was no Kleenex in the room, no hairdryer. The beds were acceptable. The sheets were clean. The pillows were good. The air conditioner worked as well as the TV. The switch for bedside lights did not work well.」

「The only drawback would be the internet speed. OK, I admit i'm using the free WIFi, maybe preeminent choice would be much better. The other parts are very good: facilities are new, front desk is always friendly, room is clean and comfortable.」

「You could see light on all 4 sides of the door when it was shut and dead bolted. We were put next to the dumpster and dog relief area and they pic up trash at 5:15 every morning. Our AC didn’t work the first night and when we asked about it they said don’t set it lower than 72, which is nuts!! The carpet was dingy with several stains. The mirror was so low I couldn’t see the top of my head and I’m only 5’6”. 」
