"We stayed here the end of April, first week of May 2026 and had great weather. The cottages are so cute and the perfect spot for that relaxed and non-touristy Hawaii feel. Quiet and great views of the ocean. Each cottage was unique and like a mini home away from home. The staff were so helpful and cared about our stay. We stayed in an ocean view cottage and was a great location near the pool and laundry. Would highly recommend this place. If we come back to Kauai, this will be the place to stay again."

"Excellent clean condo with fantastic location. Was handy for Baby & Lawai beaches, etc. Quick drive to Poipu Shopping Village, the Shops at Kukui’ula, Koloa Shopping Village & Old Town which had great restaurants. Private & quiet view of the cove where could see the old turtle swimming from the Lanai."

"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

"Our ocean view was still 200 yards from the beach. Staff, and maintenance was fantastic! Owners had everything you needed from umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Furniture needs to be steamed cleaned though. All in All - our expectations fell a little short considering the value that was stated on the property view."
