"Eine sehr schöne Kellerwohnung, top ausgestattet alles da was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Sind etwa 30 min zu Fuß ( gemütlich gehen) bis zum Europapark. "Unsatisfactory room for my friend. Had to be persistent in getting another room. The room has marks and badly soiled carpet and blood stained towels in the bathroom. The choice of menu in the restaurant was poor and the drinks at the bar where badly presented. Overall would not rate it a 4star hotel."

"The room was basic. The stove did not work, but we did not eat any meals in the room. We took the room for 2 nights. Arrived Thursday evening, walked to Europa the next day.spent all day there, then walked back to the room. Left the next morning. Perfect for our need. Only issue was checking in. Could not find where to check in & couldn't reach anyone. We contacted hotels.com who was able to reach someone after 45 min. We were told where the key had been left & got in."

"Very unique reception area, our boys loved the dinosaur skeleton. Room was well equipped, and the window into the bathroom was an interesting touch. The pool wasn't the biggest, but we only used it on the day of our arrival as we were at Rulantica for a couple of days. The waterpark was literally just across the balcony from us which was super convenient. It was really annoying being charged for the baby cot and that wasn't made clear to us ahead of arrival and we have cancelled other hotel bookings purely for adding this charge as we consider it to be unreasonable. We ate at the main restaurants, breakfast was great as was Tre Kronen and Bubba Svens. We would return to the hotel."
