This building is used a corporate retreat and meeting space for the ownership group and is only in use a few times per month. This is a great spot for groups that appreciate the more rustic things in life. Property is located along a long stretch of privately held river frontage in some of the best Steelhead, Coho, and Chinook fishing areas in Lane County. Only a 20-minute drive to Florence, the Casino, and golf. *Note* There is 1 full bath (with shower) & 2 half baths.

Pool table, Poker table, Bar, kitchen, wood stove, outdoor patio, outdoor fire pit, fishing hole, Horse shoe pit. Everything you need for your corporate retreat.

Entire building except for tool room.

The building is highly industrial looking from the outside. Exterior photos sent upon request and are withheld for security purposes.
