Settle into coastal comfort at this bright and breezy 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home nestled in the heart of scenic Rustico. Just minutes from PEI’s famous beaches, golf courses, seafood restaurants, and family-friendly attractions, this peaceful retreat offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience.



Step inside to an open and welcoming main floor, featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a large island—perfect for preparing local seafood feasts or casual breakfasts with the family. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find a sunlit dining area that opens onto a spacious covered deck, as well as a cozy living room for winding down after a day of exploring. Tucked around the corner, the separate TV room with a futon offers a great spot for movie nights or extra sleeping space. A convenient half bath is also located on the main level.



Upstairs, enjoy the privacy of a king-sized master suite with harbour views, a luxurious ensuite bathroom complete with a soaker tub and separate shower—perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed along with a washer and dryer tucked into the closet for guest use. The third bedroom is ideal for kids or additional guests, offering two comfortable twin beds.



Outside, the home’s expansive covered deck is a highlight. Enjoy your morning coffee with a view of the water, grill up dinner on the BBQ, dine outdoors at the patio set, or gather around the firepit as the sun dips below the horizon. While the home does not have air conditioning, the natural sea breeze from the nearby water keeps things fresh and comfortable throughout the warmer months.
