「The staff were incredibly helpful. Once, I left my safe wide open with cash inside. When I came back, everything was exactly where I left it! People were helpful, and the location was ideal for getting around downtown and visiting Sto. Domingo.」

「The beds are comfortable, the room is very clean, the staff is superb, the fresh flowers are beautiful, the peaceful atmosphere is lovely, the breakfast was delicious. I can’t say enough about this place. Thanks to all the staff that made our stay just perfect.」

「Great breakfast, clean room with AC and nice walk in shower. Pool with bar on the top. Balcony with great views. At downtown area which is great. In front of a pharmacy. Great service and food. Big king bed, confortable (9/10) firm. Nice pillows. Free bottle water every day. The walls and two pane windows do a great job isolating noise but ear plugs are best to avoid loud downtown random noises like cars or fireworks.」

「Excelente ubicación, llegas al centro muy rápido, apenas unas cuantas cuadras. Las habitaciones son un tanto pequeñas pero muy cómodas y excelente servicio. El desayuno tiene opciones limitadas pero todo lo que tienen está delicioso. Hay que considerar que no cuenta con estacionamiento, pero te ofrecen servicio de valet parking con costo de aprox $250 al día.」

「Very loud. And some rooms are in the spotlight of the hotel lighting. So at night it’s really hard to have a dark room. Staff was not super friendly.」

「it wad new, beautiful, great stuff beautiful hotel, but extremely noisy…I was in the last floor and could hear the kitchen noise and the bar will play music so late and the cleaning crew will make so much noise so early. If you looking for a quiet sleep, this is not you place, but if you don’t mind, the rest is excellent」

「We loved our stay here. The room had a beautiful, modern design, and three stories and rooftop hot tub made it feel especially unique. The rooftop also offered lovely views of the church. Not all the rooms have the rooftop hut tub. The stairs may be challenging for families with young children or elderly guests. I had read reviews mentioning that the towels were old. They are certainly not thick and fluffy like the towels at the Four Seasons, but they do the job—you dry yourself off and get...
