The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent throughout my visit -any issues I had were quickly resolved by the team. The restaurant also serves up high quality food and the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around Harare. "The hotel is in a good location. The bed was comfortable and clean. Fixtures and fittings are a bit dated and could use a refurb - especially the bathrooms. There was a strong smell on cigarette smoke on the floor and rooms, which i mentioned to housekeeping and was advised a guest might have been smoking, but it was more that than. Generally, this was good comfortable hotel and it was decent value for the price."

This place is nice being very close to the city and shops at it was a walkable distance"
