「We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor.」

「Overall the cottage was quite nice. There is however, room for improvement. Outside light not working, bathroom light not working, two of the lamps either didn't have globes or globe was burnt out. One of the bedrooms has a fan however no dial for the fan to be switched on. Cottage has no stove top or oven so had to make do with a microwave settings. At least an airfryer should be provided. There was a power outage and although the host was aware, they didn't seem concerned about any...

「Great house. Spacious and clean... great deck and views. Plenty of crockery, cutlery etc. The couch upstairs is huge and so comfy. The only thing i couldn't get to work was the netflix on the upstairs tv, but no big deal. Jeremy was a very helpful host and allowed us to check out extra late if we wanted to. Thank you Jeremy. 」
