Good overall

Stayed for baseball tournament at LakePoint. Great location in the middle of several of the playing fields, 25 minutes to LakePointWiFi was extremely slow for those that may need to work remotely this is not a good option. Pictures showed foosball table but it was not at home. Property is not flat. For anyone that has difficulty with stairs or hills, it is challenging

Average

House in itself was fine but when the a.c. was turned down the whole house became damp with a small odor. Biggest complaint was the internet service was awful. Lastly, never stayed in a VRBO where everything had to be thrown away(seasonings, waters, etc) so obviously we had to buy basic things that every house I've ever stayed in provided.

The inside of the house was clean except for the upstairs shower curtain ( it wasn’t terrible but it should be replaced), and the location was quiet and nice. However, the outside was not clean…. Spider webs were everywhere, the porch looked like it had never been swept, and the garage doors were very dirty. I was very skeptical when I drove up, but thankfully the inside was not like the outside. Just a suggestion: the house should have the local emergency numbers listed on the refrigerator and a first aid kit.
