“We were in Huntsville for dance competitions for the weekend. Luckily we only were here one night. We booked the King bed and pull out sofa for two adults and one child. The goal was to utilize the pull out sofa which didn’t work. The hotel front desk man came to try to help. Whoever used it before us got the mattress stuck and it wouldn’t properly open. My husband and the hotel desk man yanked it with all their might and it wouldn ’t open. He eventually moved us to another room but that……

“Building #1 in front of the lake is very old and smelly in side like 100 years old building . Insects inside the rooms. Restaurant is expensive but at least good food.
Staff are changed compare to last time I was there. They are now new comers from Pakistan and India with minimum knowledge about their responsibilities.
Generally this resort is significantly down graded compare to 15 years ago.”
