"The free shuttle bus not only to and from the airport but to the narita station and the Aeon shopping mall helped a lot. And the room was clean and since I stayed on the 9th floor I enjoyed watching the airplanes fly off was a wonderful experience. "Room was clean, good facilities, useful shuttle bus to the airport. Was a little worried because after I booked the room it said that check out stops at 22:00. However it seemed like it was 24:7 checkin/checkout and I was able to check in at 23:30. Cheaper to stay the night after our flight got delayed and I we missed the last train/bus than pay for a taxi back to Tokyo."
