Nice hotel small rooms

Very clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately the rooms were much smaller than in the pictures. Particularly the shower was ridiculously small.

The hotel was recently refurbished and all new. The hotel has nice parking with an easy access to the front desk. The staff was nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was ok. No GF options.

Easy walk to center of town and large shopping malls. Newly renovated rooms. Very comfortable. Only issue was poor internet connectivity but hotel is seeking a new provider. Enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return.

The Hetman is in the middle of renovation…dust everywhere because there’s no screening and noise from drilling concrete all day long. The corridor lighting is very dim and although hopefully the hotel will be good when renovation is complete, it’s no place to stay at the moment.

Honest review - Oct 11-15 2022 Canadian traveller, travels a lot since a child - hostels to 5 star. Lived and worked in Italy. Owns a Airbnb. Pros - computer down for check in - offered a drink as I waited, restaurant on site. Cons - construction - interior and exterior ongoing “all day!” Not noted with Expedia. Not clean, dirty and dark. Think Soviet style hotel. Not 24/7 reception. Waited 20 minutes locked out of hotel lobby because hotel reception was sleeping in another room and not at front desk. Imagine if a person needed an ambulance at the hotel. Unsupportive hotel management. Suggestions/areas of improvement - Not a 3.5 star hotel closer to 1-2 star hotel. Hotel staff and management that do their best to help the guest have a great stay. I stayed at B&B Hotel Centrum and Hotel Metropolitan here in the same city. Both 4 star. Do yourself a favour and spend a little more to get a decent stay. Bonne Voyage!

Hotell är under renovering. Wifi fungerar bara ibland. Kalt på rummet. Hårda sängar. Ingen vattenkokare eller kylskåp på rummet. Liten tv så man knappt kan se bilden. Inget tryck i kranen för varm vatten. Lyhört mella rummen.

Location is around 15 minutes walk from the main market square and its 5 minutes walk from a beautiful park called Ogorod Miejki It’s an older hotel but fine It could do with a refurbishment Kindly let me check out late for free at 13.00 It’s down a dark street which means it’s quiet at night £2-3 taxi from the square Basic No luxuries Acceptable but nothing special

Nice place to stay for the night!

I had a brief stay while driving through the area. Quiet and nice parking, easy to find and reach, polite staff. Room was tidy, but bed was smallish for a big guy. Would definitely return if similar terms are available in the future (especially, with bigger bed).

Did like: Friendyl people & Resteraunt. Did not like: Bed too low, difficult to get out of, no hot water in bathroom sink, no soap holder in shower, you to hold on to a round guarter sive of sosp while trying to shower. Because of the low bed, my knee is hurting. Becaus os this, I will not stay there again.
