“The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!”

“Et helt igennem fremragende sted beliggende i det centrale Deiá i et stille område fri for trafikstøj. Vi boede i juniorsuite med balkon/terrasse og i øvrig masser af plads. Det er et hotel med "skæve" rum, smal trappe og langsom elevator, men yderst charmerende.
Parkering tæt ved hovedvejen, men man kan køre til hotellet for at læsse bagagen af, selv om indkørsel kun er for byens beboere. Det er smalle veje og snæver manøvrering - også frem til parkeringspladsen.”
