“Amazing, one of the best hotels I've been to.”

“We booked this hotel to celebrate an anniversary, and being located in Australia we wanted to reserve something special. Upon arrival it dawned on us that our dream euro trip wasn’t what we had anticipated. Our room looked out into the roof of the hotel, we asked to move rooms but we were told it would cost more money , having spent a substantial amount we decided to stay in the original room. We had originally booked the hotel as it had multiple facilities restaurants, swimming pools , bars……

“The staff is very helpful and friendly. Our room has been delayed for 2 hours, the receptionist was offering us free drink and tried their best to make us feel better. The room was nice for people who like party. Overall, it was ann amazing experience and the beach is clean and pretty. ”

“This hotel is a scam. I reserved it for one night, my passport got stolen and I needed a place to stay for the night to resolve the issue. I booked the hotel through Expedia and when I arrived I showed them my American ID, picture of my passport and explained in detailed what happened and they could not care less simply denied me check in and proceed to completely ignore Expedia when they tried to contact them to help me out or even issue refund to allow me to book somewhere else, they just kept……

“Esperienza davvero positiva ,mi sono meravigliata della cordialità delle persone che lavoravano in questo posto che sono state di grande supporto tenendo le valige sia prima che dopo il check in/check out ,e nonostante avessimo lasciato l'hotel ci hanno dato un bagno a disposizione con doccia e asciugamani puliti e la possibilità di rimanere in piscina fino all'orario effettivo del nostro volo.Tutto pulito e hotel silenzioso rispetto a molti altri che si trovano a Ibiza.Punto strategico per gli……

“This was a fantastic stay! The staff, especially Denisse, was extremely helpful and always went out of her way to help us. The hotel is pristine, with brand-new, beautiful rooms and daily entertainment throughout the day, which was a great, unexpected touch. The all-inclusive food selection and cocktails were great, as was the location. Some days we didn't even want to leave the hotel. It's an absolute recommendation. My partner and I will definitely be back next time we visit Ibiza.”

“Rooms were nothing spectacular but they were very comfortable and kept clean, we always had fresh towels, and the air conditioning worked well. I appreciated the little balcony that overlooking the ocean Staff were kind and attentive The pool was a real highlight. Stunning views. Lots of shade, good service, nice music. Location was great as well”

“For the price, stay elsewhere. Doesn’t feel like a 5 star experience at all. The town stinks and the rooms are in another building - you have to drag your bags across the street from lobby check in.”

“Rooms were old and dated, water in the shower overflowed in the room, breakfast was not good.”

“Great breakfast and was included in room price and served till noon. Rugs in both rooms needed cleaning. Rooms are small but have good amenities like great shower quality, toiletries and face towels”
