"This was my first stay in a hostel and I am glad it was here. The staff were amazing upon check in. I felt safe and the facilities were clean. It was very close to the airport so made getting transport early the next day very easy. Good wifi. I wish I actually got to stay longer because I feel like there was some fun areas I didn't get to check out! If I come back to Phuket I will definitely stay here again."

"Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience at this hostel. When I arrived, I had to wait nearly an hour before anyone showed up at the reception, which was already not a great start. "Very noisy neighbouring bar playing loud music on one side of the hotel every night until midnight or 1am. It's an old grand house that is losing a lot of quality and has been converted into a jumbled café full of stuff. The staff are very friendly and kind. "I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here, (almost) everything was great we did some run-in situations with communication issues with the staff and it wasn't between us it miscommunication with each other. There were a few times during our 4 day stay here that we were told one thing and ultimately that wasn't correct and we were brought back to be told something else and vise vera. It was a minor inconvenience until the last day that we almost missed our boat because nobody was on the same page. "
