一般旅客到了酒店都是想盡快入check in 進房，但酒店接待員卻拿了一張地圖介紹這裏是什麼哪裏是什麼，有點太早了吧？ 浴室的護理液，例如洗頭水，沖涼液，護髮素用別的儲存方法較用金屬儲存器好，因為如果滑手跌了落腳面或腳趾就肯定會受傷了。

靠近Nai yang beach
離機場很近只要5分鐘車程 接送服務一程450Thb 酒店職員很熱情 等待 check in 時向我們詳細介紹了酒店的餐廳和設施 房間需要上下樓梯，沒有電梯 泊車是免費的 早餐選擇不多 但基本的都有齊。 晚餐可以去Nai yang beach 附近的餐廳，很多選擇。不過九月中仍然是雨季，沒有享受到陽光與海灘。另外如果會去芭東，不建議選擇這間酒店，因為車程要一小時，而且不便宜。最後我們選擇租車，比的士化算

A nice place very quiet and like a paradise. Excellent staff service especially the room service and the receptionist at the hotel main entrance on 24 Sept 2017 afternoon. Food and SPA is so far so good. But so many mosquito around the place owing to the rainy season.

非常好的酒店环境,但设施略显陈旧且维护似乎不够及时(多处墙面污迹及失修);服务一流,小贵;海滩比较人少,周边餐饮还不错. 酒店整体设计和装修采用了工业化的风格,与酒店原处的锡矿极佳地契合,内饰和设施也非常舒适.

整間酒店整體上都很好，只不過有一天全酒店停電，由早上10點多到中午才有電供應，其間還要無水，而酒店也沒有對客人作出解釋或安撫客人，另人感到很冷淡。

如果你希望到布吉能舒舒服服休息數天，不愛擠到巴東或其他人多的地方，Nai Yang Beach 是一個好選擇，它離機場只約10分鐘車程。Indigo Pearl 外就是海灘，一列的食肆排在海灘上等你光顧，又有不同的泰式按摩店和小賣店。酒店環境舒適、隱閉，套房房間空間可以，但間隔奇怪，陽台光亮闊大，園景有東南亞風情，但會清楚聽到鄰房的嬉笑聲 (如果你的鄰居比較愛夜生活)。服務人員熱情有禮，整個園區能良好接收免費wifi。

超出预想的体验
起初预定的飞机凌晨到达，本是作为过渡酒店的蓝珍珠，却因为行程的变化，变成了完完整整一天的体验，原本不被看好的酒店，却有着非常不错的体验。我们住的房子在地图的9号区域，紧邻3号泳池，在阳台既可看到。房间很不错，干净整洁，床非常舒适，以至于早上9点40才起床，险些误了早点。早点是6点30到10点供应，种类非常丰富，自助性质，水果，果汁，各种肠类，三文鱼，可以吃的爽歪歪。服务员态度非常友好，刚刚坐下会问题需要咖啡还是茶，等你拿完食物的时候，咖啡已经在桌上了，味道还很不错。总之，是一家性价比非常高的酒店。酒店距离机场很近，但是就是位置不太好找，我开车自驾过去的，用google地图找到了酒店，但是就是没有找到酒店大门。转了3圈，问了4次终于找到。稍微郁闷。总之是一次非常不错的体验，超出预想。下次会是去普吉岛的首选酒店。

The staff always had a smile on their faces and the service was fantastic. We had a very comfortable stay in the atmosphere of a designer hotel. We visited for our honeymoon and were delighted by the stylish touches that set it apart from other hotels. The breakfast was also delicious. It's a hotel we'd love to stay at again when we come to Phuket.

It was a remarkable hotel room. The staff were incredible from check in to check out. That was our 3rd hotel in Thailand, as we’ve been traveling a lot, and it was hands down the best. We will make it a point to stay there again when we are back in the area.

The property grounds are huge and set in very nice manicured gardens that are beaitifully maintained. The resorts 3 pools are large and clean and we especially liked the swim up bar in pool number 2. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the location of the resort right in Nai Yang beach can't be beaten.

The Slate Hotel in Phuket is a luxury resort. I had a wonderful stay here, the spa and restaurant facilities are excellent. The breakfast buffet is especially impressive. Staff are extremely friendly, polite and quick to respond to any queries. I had a great stay and would definitely come back. Only thing I would change is the pillows in the bedroom - they are all quite soft and flat.

We enjoyed our stay at the resort for 5 nights. The adults only pools are a huge plus for couples without kids - you can enjoy the weather and relax. Dining options are great - breakfast is very good, and for lunch and dinner you have multiple choices including a Michelin restaurant- all the prices are reasonable. The Spa was great, and also the cooking class was very fun. We had one issue in our last night - there was an event at the resort- a concert right outside our room, at 23:30 we had to call the reception a few times and ask to stop it, it is ridiculous that we paid 350 Euro a night and since 14:00 they started with sound checks drums and what-not. They blasted us with loud music while all we wanted to do is relax. The day after we checked out we mentioned this, and they compensated us in 200 THB (7 Euro)…For this kind of resort I would expected a more personal approach and handling.

I love The Slate. Been here 5 times and will surely come back. It is close to the airport. It is a beautiful designed hotel, the staff is exceptionel, the restaurants very very good. It is the best breakfast buffet ever, and I have tried a lot. Just go there, you won't regret it.
