Everything looks like on the photo

Everything looks like on the photo. Modern, spacious and quiet 3br villa in small not tourist town. Fully furnished, all staff in the kitchen A lot of additional things like welcome drink, some coffee, towels etc. Parking place inside. 12 km from the beach. Gas stations, big food shops (like Lidl) less than 1 km.

Nette & stylische gut gelegene Stadtfinca mit kleinen Mängeln

Das Haus ist modern gestaltet und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Allerdings war die reichlich ausgestattete Küche hinsichtlich Geschirr und Besteck nicht sauber gewesen uns sollte teils erneuert werden. Auch der Geschirrspüler kam unsmangels vernünftiger Befestigungen entgegen. Neben den defekten großen Rollos im Wohn-/Essraum, die besser verankert werden müssen (kamen ebenfalls ein paarmal runter), sollte auch der defekte Trockner getauscht werden. Das Mobiliar reicht von altem Sofa über IKEA-Möbeln bis zu stylischer Einzelstücken. Ansonsten war alles notwendige vorhanden und wir haben uns in dem günstig gelegenen Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Ebenso die Abwicklung über den Vermarkter Homerti verlief für uns störungsfrei. Soweit Mängel behoben würden, könnten wir uns einen erneuten Aufenthalt vorstellen.

Una casa maravillosa y con mucho espacio para que varias personas puedan convivir en espacios comunes y con alta privacidad al mismo tiempo. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. Además la ubicación es cercana a supermercados y farmacias. La llegada muy sencilla. Gracias
