Absolutely stunning property, we especially loved how private it was. Of course the pool/terrace area was the highlight! Great routes for road biking once you get past the short gravel road leading to the house - we would love to come back!

Großes historisches Landhaus

Schönes großes historisch-rustikales Haus. Sehr ruhig und guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im nordöstlichen Tramuntana.

A calm retreat with some setbacks

The property comes as advertised: a nicely reconverted farm that offers privacy. Most of your local activities will require a +20mn drive (beach, shopping, restaurants). Because the dwelling is bordered by a sheep farm, you need to open & close gates to get in/out. This also means that you have to constantly deal with flies. This was too much for us and had to have our meals inside. Overall appliances worked but are throwbacks and not great quality. Management was responsive when issues arose.

Nicht Empfehlenswert

Das Objekt wird von einer Agentur Slowvillas betreut. Der Schlüssel muss in Palma im Agenturbüro abgeholt werden. Der Schotterweg zur Villa ist grenzwertig. Ohne einen SUV kann es anstrengend werden. Das Haus ist leider in einem abgewohnten Zustand. Die Bettbezüge waren nicht gereinigt und wiesen Gebrauchsspuren auf. Die Betten waren alt und abgenutzt. Die Möbel im Außenbereich waren zu 60 % defekt. Der Pool war nicht gereinigt. Am Boden waren Sand und Dreck zu erkennen. Wir kontaktierten die Agentur am 1. Tag. Am Folgetag kam ein Pool Reiniger und stellte die Pumpe an. Es wurde noch mehr Chlor in den Pool gekippt. Der Pool war folglich bis zum Ende des Urlaubs nicht zu gebrauchen. Das Wasser war trüb und es stank nach Chlor. Sorry wir können diese Objekt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Una casa con encanto, tranquila y uuna ubicación excepcional

Han sido mis mejores vacaciones en muchos años. Un lugar idílico, tranquilo, con unas vistas impresionantes en una casa mallorquina con un encanto especial, muy grande y cómoda con una piscina maravillosa. Impresionante el entorno rural, al anochecer se acercaban las liebres y perdices a comer hierba, una verdadera pasada.

Very good and clean villa. Well equipped in the kitchen, AC. Swimming pool big and deep enough (more than 2m). But many mosquitoes and bees in the garden. Plus, the way to and from the villas is not well practicable (you have to drive brry slowly during 8 minutes and better choose SUV or 4x4). Remoted villa very quiet and well equipped.

Toller Urlaub

Sehr schöne Finca. Toller Blick ins Tal. Super Pool. Was fehlt, si d Details. Es gab keinen Willkommens Gruß in Form von Wasser oder ähnlichem. Auch musste man alle restlichen Sachen, wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Wasser ... mitnehmen oder entsorgen. Daran sollte Slow arbeiten.
